Life Alert

When get in. No way to get out. So be sure its needed for longterm. Very inhumane speaking to business office. Now i may not be able to get a device that could improve my life with my child plus improve my life. God have mercy on them.

We had the alarm go off when my dad was working in yard .Fire truck came and my father was upset.he was in yard again and alarm went off again .He seems to bump it while working in yard .For someone older but alittle active it became at total issue and he refused to wear it.Life alert told me you have a 3 year contract and the buyout was $400 plus dollars.if we wanted to cancel .It doesnt work for him its too complicated to him and the false alarms only put him over the edge .Life alert when contacted were not easy to deal with and the employee said he knows everything and you are stuck like it or not.

When I called life alert for my 75 year old husband, no one told me that it was a 3 year contract. I called the office and a smart customer service told me, Well mam you should have read all the paper.If I knew that it was a contract I would of gone with someone else. I think you fool people by not telling us up front. It is nasty and I will argue this in court. Life alert is bad.
