Good But Does Have Some Flaws

I have used Constant Contact for about a year now. It is a very good tool for marketing and definitely makes an impact on business.



The drawbacks: difficult user control panel. Many times when pasting text in from Word the formatting goes haywire and I have to start all over. Secondly, if you get too many spam complaints, they will make you do a "list review" which can be a pain. Spam complaints often come at no fault of the user, but it is part of the business.



All in all, good program with some flaws but will definitely make a difference for your business.
